Who’s  MOO?

I’ll let you discover it by yourself here.

I only can tell a few words: They love to print. They make it damn good. They print  on 100 % recycled paper.

They steal work to designers? Definitively  yes.  They offer (for free, because you pay only the print) good business card, minicards, postcards templates… BUT, if you are a designer, you can also print your custom designs taking advantage of their good offers for paper, printinfinity possibilities  (you can upload up to 50 images ti print for the same project!) and good prices.

This is the story:I was designing my new business card, I decided to leave one side with the logo and to multiply the bside where information (like website, mail, phone) takes place. Then I found MOO and it was like: I found my perfect friend. The only flaw? You have to wait like two weeks to have the  lovely product in your hands.  They developed a Fastsending option but it’s clearly more expensive.

Anyway this is the result.

Por fin han llegado!

Para quien no conozca MOO.com invito a echar un vistazo a su página web.  Son realmente buenos. They love to print, asi dicen y es verdad.. 50 veces COCOI, que mas podía pedir?

Enjoy!

Now I have definitively one reason more to visit Japan

Back to Madrid, I just got this façade design project ready to show.

Raices del Mundo is a restaurant based in Madrid with an interesting multicultural concept and a strong brand image, made by a young italian graphic designer, Michele Cecchini.

The Restaurant, “Roots of the world” traslated, is proposing every night a trip around the world just       having a seat on the custom designed chairs,  opening the Passport menu and looking at a dance exhibition from every corner of the world. Tango, Bellydance or Polinesian dance, whatever. Every night a different show is on.

The restaurant is a box of activities,  you can shop fair trade, you can visit  art exhibitions and learn every kind of folk dance.

Recently the owner decided to separate the dance Academy from the other activities opening a new Academia de baile y musica near the Restaurant. Both sites are in C/Galileo, near  Sala G.Galilei, a temple for the music lovers of the city. Just in case you live in or visit Madrid..have a look.

And what is this all about?

The new academy façade needed a new look, naturally according with the brand image taste and the other façade already existing just on the corner.

Result is using vynil dancers silhouettes, the two brand colors and that’s it! I’m happy when I can have the possibility, even if is a small contribute, to back to decoration and  design of spaces.
